The fee for shipping will be presented upon checkout.
Please note that only one single shipping fee will be charged for the entire order. If your order contains multiple products, the highest shipping cost (of the item with the highest value) will be applied to the entire order.
In most cases express shipping is available as an option.
Expected delivery: depending on where you live all items will usually be processed, printed, shipped and delivered within a maximum 14 working days under normal circumstances. It might often be much faster than this.
If you choose express delivery, please subtract some 2-4 workings days.
We and our partners work very hard to deliver your order as quickly as possible. And it is almost always as fast as the above. However, we can NOT guarantee a delivery date.
Delivery may take longer, especially around holidays and festive days. These are busy periods for both printing lab and postal services. Keep this in mind and order early.
All our items will be packaged with care and shipped by thrustworthy partners to deliver the order item(s) to you safely.
At Fotofus, we are happy to offer you art prints in our webshop. These items will always be personalised and custom made upon your request.
If your personalized items would arrive damaged, please make contact with us within 14 days after arrival. We will most likely ask proof of the damage. After this we will work towards a solution together with our printing lab.
By law, personalised, custom-made items are NOT returnable and NO refunds can be given.
At Fotofus you always have the option to personalise your art print by choosing the size, printing on glossy or matte photo paper and adding white borders.
